Your iubenda subscription is usually set to renew every month/year via our auto-renewal feature. If you want to cancel your subscription or disable auto-renewal, you’re in the right place. You can easily do this following the instructions below:
1. Go to your dashboard in your iubenda account;
2. Go to your website/app page (the one you want to manage the subscription for);
3. Once there, click on the “Settings” icon on the top right corner (see image below);
4. Once in the settings, go to the “Manage subscription” tab on the left-side menu;
5. Scroll down and enable or disable the auto-renewal using the dedicated toggle (see image below);
6. Don’t forget to click the blue “Save” button at the bottom right!
After this is done, your subscription will not auto-renew again.
If you want to keep using our products, we strongly recommend keeping the auto-renewal function on, so you’re always covered and don’t have to worry about anything! If you disable auto-renewal however, you risk having our products each month/year not being active on your site anymore.
