How to Disable Auto-Renewal [Legacy Guide]

If you want to disable auto-renewal, please follow the steps below:

Go to the Account & Billing info section of your iubenda account;
Once there, scroll down to the “Manage subscriptions” section;
Select the subscription you want to stop (green dot should show); and
Disable the auto-renewal clicking on the grey button labeled “Enable/disable auto-renewal“.

After this is done, your subscription will not auto-renew again.

Caution

If you want to keep using our products, we strongly recommend keeping the auto-renewal function on, so you’re always covered and don’t have to worry about anything! If you disable auto-renewal however, you risk having our products each month/year not being active on your site anymore.
