Among the types of Personal Data that Pool Industriale collects, by itself or through third parties, there are:

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Pool Industriale.

Advertising
This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes. These communications are displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on Pool Industriale, possibly based on User interests.

Google Ads conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, that connects data from the Google Ads advertising network with actions performed on Pool Industriale.

Sharing of User's Personal Data within Pool Industriale
The User - either Visitor or Exhibitor/Partner - is aware and accepts that other Users within Pool Industriale may have access, receive and share some pieces of information published on the platform (for instance name, surname, company name, area of activity, products and contact details).
Users’ (i.e. Visitors’) Personal Data will be used for the provision of the Service and to allow Exhibitor/Partner companies selected by Users only to send quotes or other information or to answers Users’ requests.
Exhibitor/Partner companies will act as autonomous Data Controllers only to answer requests by Users.

Quotes/Information and Contacts forms for Visitors and Exhibitors/Partners
The User, by filling in the contact form with his own Data, consents to their use by the Owner and possibly by one or more Exhibitors present on the Pool Industriale website and chosen by the User at the time of requesting the quote or other information or, if not indicated by the User, to all those belonging to the product sector chosen by the User to respond to requests for information, quotations, or other indicated by the form header.
The email address provided by the User/Visitor and Exhibitor/Partner may be used by Pool Industriale to send communications concerning products or services similar to those subject to previous request/s for quotation or information or any other request by the User who may at any time refuse such use of his personal data (all emails will contain the possibility of exercising the option to opt-out with subsequent confirmation of the removal of the email address from the contact list).
Personal Data collected: name, surname, email address, company, role/dept. and telephone number.
Legal basis: fulfillment of the pre-contractual measures requested by the User, fulfillment of the contract with the User, the legitimate interest of the Owner to send to the User emails concerning products/services similar to those previously requested by the User.
Telephone contact for Visitors and Exhibitors/Partners
The telephone number provided by the Users/Visitors could be used to satisfy the requests for support, to receive the requested information; in relation to the Exhibitors/Partners the data could be used to fulfill the pre-contractual measures required by them, for commercial purposes or promotions linked to Pool Industriale.

Legal basis: fulfillment of the pre-contractual measures requested by the User, fulfillment of the contract, the legitimate interest of the Owner to contact the User.

This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User.

Profiling

This type of service allows Pool Industriale and its partners to inform, optimize and serve advertising based on past use of Pool Industriale by the User.

Direct registration
By filling in the contact form with their Data, the Visitors will be able not only to ask for quotes and information, just as unregistered users do, but to get other services such as the Paper Review sent to them, to save their favourite products, to see their most visited products and the history of their requests for quotes, and to receive communications about new products and/or Exhibitors/Partners in their area of interest, the selection of the best products and/or Exhibitors/Partners and similar other communications.
In order to use the Service, or part of it, Users must select the registration form concerning their profile, and provide, in a truthful and complete manner, all the required data. The following User profiles can be activated within Pool Industriale: (1) Visitor and (2) Exhibitor/Partner.

(1) “Visitor” - name, surname, role/dept., company name, area of activity and email address;

Pool Industriale is a digital and paper review focused on the industrial world. The service brings the best suppliers on the market together and allows them to get in touch with a wide range of potential buyers. In turn, buyers can use the service to get information about manufacturers active in a certain sector, assess their individual profiles and then contact them for cost estimates.

Definitions
Partner company
Companies producing one or more products and present on the Pool Industriale website. Partner companies can use the Service and interact with other Users.
Service
The digital review service named Pool Industriale and provided by the Owner, including any form of use (web and/or mobile app), as better described in this privacy policy under the paragraph "Service provided by Pool Industriale".

Legal basis of processing
The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:

Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
- Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.
The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. User
The individual using Pool Industriale who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
