    As part of the application process, InVision AG uses Recruitee's recruiting software for applicant management and the online application form. This includes the management of applications received (online, by email, or by post), communication and contact with applicants, and the execution of selection procedures.

    The categories of data processed include personal information that applicants provide in their application documents, such as name, contact information, resume, cover letter, and other relevant documents. Additionally, internal notes and evaluations by recruiters and other authorized employees involved in the recruitment process may be recorded.
