Who is collecting data?
IBITECH AG ("us", "we") will collect as less personal information about the user as possible.
All data will be stored in Switzerland.

Use of the personal information
IBITECH AG will use the e-mail address to map a user to a company.
The e-mail address will also be used to manage the registration/s of this e-mail address.
The registrations will be managed from the IBI-aws Admin by the company the user is assigned to.
The assignment is based on the domain of the e-mail address.

The used IP address is stored during the service request logging in order to protect against misuse.
IBITECH AG will not sell or share the information with anyone else except the company which the e-mail address is assigned to.
Deleting personal information
All stored personal information can be deleted by logging out of the app.
By logging out the registration, including the e-mail address, will be removed.
Alternativ you can contact us to remove your personal information. We will respond as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that you automatically will be logged off the app if your personal information are removed.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings or similar legal process, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service, comply with its legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as the following: Hosting and backend infrastructure, Analytics, Device permissions for Personal Data access, Managing contacts and sending messages, Registration and authentication provided directly by this Application, Beta Testing and Infrastructure monitoring.

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.
By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.

In any case, the Owner will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn.
