In relazione a detta finalità, il trattamento dei dati personali avviene da parte di soggetti specificamente incaricati, autorizzati ed istruiti al trattamento ai sensi degli artt. 28 e 29 del Regolamento Privacy, nonché anche mediante soggetti esterni (per esempio, società di selezione del personale, consulenti esterni per l’elaborazione dei dati retributivi e contributivi, etc.), i quali possono assumere la qualifica di autonomi Titolari del trattamento oppure essere designati per iscritto Responsabili del trattamento; in ogni caso, il trattamento verrà effettuato mediante strumenti manuali, informatici e telematici, con logiche strettamente correlate alle finalità e comunque in modo da garantire la riservatezza e la sicurezza dei dati personali e nel pieno e più assoluto rispetto della normativa vigente in materia.

per la finalità di valutazione della possibilità dell’Interessato di essere assunto quale appartenente a categorie protette, il conferimento dei dati è obbligatorio in quanto in sua assenza non si potrebbe verificare la sussistenza o meno dei relativi presupposti necessari alla suddetta valutazione: la base giuridica del trattamento è, pertanto, l’assolvimento di obblighi in materia di diritto del lavoro e della sicurezza sociale (ai sensi dell’art. 9, comma 1, lett. b) del Regolamento privacy);

In relazione alle finalità del trattamento sopra indicate, e nei limiti strettamente pertinenti alle medesime, i Suoi dati personali saranno o potranno essere comunicati, in Italia, o comunque all’interno della UE:

(ii) ai consulenti esterni chiamati a svolgere la predetta attività, se non designati per iscritto Responsabili del trattamento.
I soggetti sopra indicati, ai quali i Suoi dati personali saranno o potranno essere comunicati (in quanto non designati per iscritto Responsabili del trattamento), tratteranno i dati personali in qualità di Titolari del trattamento in piena autonomia, essendo estranei al trattamento eseguito dal titolare. Un elenco dettagliato e costantemente aggiornato di questi soggetti, con l’indicazione delle rispettive sedi, è sempre disponibile presso la sede del titolare.
I Suoi dati personali non saranno mai oggetto di diffusione.
I diritti dell’interessato.
Gli artt. 15 e ss. del Regolamento Privacy conferiscono all’Interessato il diritto di ottenere, nelle modalità stabilite dall’art. 12 del Regolamento UE 2016/679:
la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile;
l’indicazione dell’origine dei dati personali, delle finalità e modalità del trattamento, della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici, degli estremi identificativi del titolare;

Misure di sicurezza.
Ogni trattamento avviene mediante l’adozione delle misure tecniche ed organizzative idonee per garantire un livello di sicurezza adeguato al rischio nel rispetto delle modalità di cui agli artt. 5 e seguenti e 32 e seguenti del Regolamento, oltre che dei relativi provvedimenti del Garante Privacy.
